Returns & Exchanges

At Bathrooms Plus Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided it is in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original condition and include the RA number clearly on the outside of the box to ensure prompt processing.

• 3.
  Ship Items Back

  Send your parcel via a tracked courier service to our central warehouse; we recommend keeping your postage receipt until the return is confirmed.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
